Our Spa Packages are designed to give total luxurious and exotique experience of ancient art of body and beauty care of Royal Java. The recipe of the products for your treatments comes from the island herbs and spices and has been used for generations among Javanese Royalty. To get the total benefit for your well-being, Therapist needs to apply this therapeutic product with special technique all over your body. The end result is a total relaxation on your body and long lasting feeling of silky skin and exotic aroma of the spices.

Reservation
In order to prepare for you desired choice of treatments, we recommend that you book your spa appointment in advance. A major credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please allow yourself to fully experience the nurturing essence of the Royal Heritage Spa – Taman Sari by arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allow you time to fill out our health history form.

Spa Etiquette
Cancellation policy :
A credit card is required to secure all bookings. As a courtesy to our therapist and to avoid full charge on services not attended, four hours notice is required for any booking changes. 24 hours cancellation notice us required for all service. One-week cancellation notice is required for all group bookings (min 5 people). Please be advised that a "no-show" will result to full charges on the services booked.

Gratuity :
Gratuities are not included in our service menu or on Gift Certificate and may be added at your own discretion. 6 % GST will be added to all service and packages. Gratuity mandatory for the group min 5 peoples, 18% will be charge automatically to your bill.
